What areas do you cover?

We generally cover North and East Yorkshire including York, Harrogate, Leeds, Hull and the areas in-between, marquees in Bradford, marquees in Barnsley, marquees in Dewsbury, marquees in Hull, marquees in Halifax, marquees in Harrogate, marquees in Huddersfield, marquees in Leeds, marquees in Sheffield, marquees in Wakefield, marquees in Wetherby, marquees in York and marquees in all areas of Yorkshire, however we will travel further afield if requested.

What time of year can I hire a marquee?

We mainly hire from April until September.

Are the marquees waterproof?

Both types of marquee are waterproof and flame retardant.

When will the marquee be erected and dismantled?

For weekend marquee hire we generally erect the marquee on Thursday or Friday and dismantle it on Monday or Tuesday. You are free to use it again on the Sunday if you wish.

Will it damage my garden?

No, on grass the marquees are secured with pegs and even after being under flooring the grass quickly recovers.

What size of marquee will I need?

This varies dependant upon the type of event, whether you are seated for dinner, having a standing buffet or require a dance floor etc.
Generally;
A 28x38ft Capri marquee holds 80 seated or 100 standing
A 6x12mtr Clearspan holds 60 seated or 80 standing

Will I need carpets?

Both types of marquee can be erected directly onto grass, however we recommend wooden flooring or carpets/matting, which we can provide.

Will I need electricity?

If you are having lighting or a disco you will require electricity. We can provide extension cables with circuit breakers to plug into a standard household socket.
